Psalm 119 vs 92
If your law had not been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction.
How beautiful right? This truly resonates with me because if it were not for God and His word, the troubles of life would most certainly have swept me away. His word was/is/will be my anchor and lifeboat.
Isaiah 40:30-31
Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall, but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
This verse just gives me such a lift when I’m feeling weak. There are so many things I’m waiting on God for and the fact that I’m waiting on Him gives me hope. Although it may take long, my hope in Him will be a continuous source of strength till I get my breakthrough.
Joshua 1:9
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord will be with you wherever you go
Beautiful encouragement again. There is no need to fear any interview, meeting, application form, as long as I have commited it to the Lord and trust His word, I’m fine because all things work out for my good. The Lord being with us wherever we go means that we can be rest assured in anything.
