Y.O.L.O: You Only Live Once. But do we really? Are we just afraid that one day everything we’ve ever depended or relied on will disappear.Our youth, our money, our health, our lives? So to compensate we act as if we don’t care and whatever happens….happens. As for me, I know I’m gonna live twice, once now and then for eternity in a place where my actions in this life will dictate (with my Father in eternal peace or with the devil in eternal torture).
So think about it before you jump on the band wagon, where do you want to spend eternity? Jeremiah 10 vs 2 clearly states that we shouldn’t learn the ways of the nation whilst verse 3 shows us that all in all the practices of the people are worthless. interpret this how you may. I know for me this is a strong incentive to strive even more so to live in the spirit. For one it is much cheaper than Y.O.L.O-ing :p
